(Windurst June 29th)
We had a dynamis run to forget here. We had a decent attendance and a lot of the correct jobs at Windurst but a few fatal mistakes costed us. We had many new people that did not understand their role. There were way too many passive black mages that just seemed to sight see the statues when reliable black mages went down to statues. There were too many people that randomly would go afk at critical parts of the run. We had probably the 2nd hardest pull on the map get pulled on top of a previous pull that still had something like 2-3 enemies left. This kept us from being able to warn the melee to get off the bridge before stuff re-popped. Black mages ended up getting trapped and blocked while the statues dropped them like flies. This obviously was not the fault of the melee since nobody had a chance to tell them. We had numerous ninja mobs blow up with significant HP causing major damage to the entire alliance. Many of the new black mages failed to be into position to stun at all and most people did not save tp or barrages for ninja types. We had a death pull where a required NM did not link to for some reason. (linked every other time) The boss ended up not getting peeled off the train because it was never on the train to begin with. The stuff that was not linked never got pulled until it was too late. We still had a shot with a final deathpull to bypass some stuff to get to the final trigger NMs but a few people were too slow responding to the 30 second window or so there to bypass and maybe 2-3 people ended up not only aggroing the train, but also not having the common sense to die away from the group and ended up training back to the group. That final death pull info was from what I heard and not from what I saw due to me being the death puller.
